    <abstract locale="en_US">Postoperative ascites is a rare complication of cesarean section delivery. Herein, we presented a women underwent cesarean section that lead to idiopathic ascites with no definitive cause. It seems that allergic or inflammatory peritoneal reaction may be responsible for this complication.</abstract>
