    <abstract locale="en_US">Osteoarticular involvement is a relatively common presentation of&#xA0;brucellosis, but muscular involvement and psoas abscess are a rare&#xA0;complication which almost always is secondary to spondylitis. We report a&#xA0;rare case of brucellosis presenting with psoas abscess or without any&#xA0;osteoarticular involvement.</abstract>
